PASTA TIME Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce – PASTA TIME

PASTA TIME

PASTA TIME Gnocchi with Tomato Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced.
  • 1 container of PASTA TIME Tomato basil sauce
  • 1 dash Italian seasoning
  • 1 package of PASTA TIME gnocchi
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Small handful fresh basil sliced thin
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1

Cook PASTA TIME Gnocchi according to the package. Drain Water and set aside warm.

Step 2

Add the oil and butter to a deep skillet over medium heat. Once it’s hot, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Step3

Add PASTA TIME Tomato basil sauce, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Give it a stir.

Step 4

Stir in the gnocchi. Let it mix in with the sauce, stirring often so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan, until it’s cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). The sauce will thicken as the gnocchi releases starch.

Step 5

Stir in the mozzarella, and basil until the cheese melt. Season with salt & pepper as needed and garnish with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
